Who is “US”?
Jocelyn de Guia and Oliver Koncz are a wife-husband team. Jocelyn has been working in real estate as a licensed professional since 2011, and Oliver has experience as a management and marketing consultant in several countries.
It seemed common sense to combine Oliver’s background as a foreigner in the Philippines plus Jocelyn’s expertise in Philippine real estate to help people as they look to purchase a condominium in the Philippines. Jocelyn and Oliver are invested in pre-sale condominiums and also have lived in condominiums in Manila so they know all the pitfalls you might encounter.
