Referral Partner
We offer a referral partner program.
There are 2 options:
Casual:
You introduce someone who completes a purchase through us of a condominium.
Referral appreciation rewards start at US$1,000.
All that is required from you is for you to contact us with the contact details of the person you are referring. Registration of a person guarantees payment of partner compensation provided the person makes a downpayment within 3 months. Once a downpayment is received, the client is tied to you for life (client’s like to re-purchase once they are satisfied with their original purchase).
You get paid as soon as we are paid, typically once 20% of the purchase has been completed.
Viral:
You register as a Referral Partner.
You will be provided with an official partner email address. You can use that for your marketing
efforts.
You register the client as per option 1. In addition to the partner appreciation, you will receive from the sale of that condominium, you will also get US$ 100 per sale we make, regardless of whether you were involved or not. However, you need to have made a sale in the previous 6 months.
Note that we reserve the right to decline requests to join this program.
